Marketing and Communication Specialist

Job Description:

The Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a strategic role in creating and facilitating original website content, company events, trade shows, social media, develop email and print campaigns and customer relations. This position works closely with all staff, printers and customers to fulfill marketing strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will be initiative driven, detail oriented and able to turn-around projects quickly.

Working from a consultative approach, we are to provide with solutions that give property owners and managers an edge when it comes to managing their tenants. Essential Functions:

• Create original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers, nurture existing clients and promote our brand
• Develop new marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content for social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Coordinate and deliver email campaigns using MailChimp
• Maintain and update customer contact list
• Organize, create and manage all company customer events and trade shows
• Develop and maintain all collateral by working closely with staff to remain up to date with latest products and services
Development of all advertising and marketing materials include:
• Print media
• Email
• Other marketing materials

• Quick turn-around
• Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding is helpful
• Experience and/or knowledge with the rental housing industry.
• Ability to manage multiple task and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and oral.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to create and execute a plan.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow-up and follow through.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
