The rental assistance portal for both residents and housing providers is LIVE.
Nearly 60 million dollars are scheduled to come into Pierce County for rental assistance. Rental assistance will help housing providers and residents, and in turn help with community stabilization during the continued impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Housing Providers, who know they have residents with rent arrears (from March 13, 2020 to now), are encouraged to register with this new system before sharing the link with their resident.
You are required to register on this online program portal; provide information from IRS Form W-9 to verify you own the rental home; and authorize Pierce County & Tacoma Housing Help to make a direct deposit for you as the landlord.
NOTE: Although you may authorize Direct Deposit, some programs may be issuing and mailing checks.
Please let us know if you have questions and/or experience any challenges with registering.
